
It's already Wednesday! Where is this week going???
Just a quick update on my training thus far this week:
- Monday: 4.37 miles treadmill + 36 minutes elliptical
- Tuesday: 10K treadmill in 60 min 41 sec + 6 minutes elliptical
- Wednesday: 1.2 miles running around the lake with Ethan to train for the Disneyland 5k + 5k treadmill in 30 min 12 sec + 18 minutes elliptical
I'd like to hit 39.3 miles running this week. Given my schedule tomorrow, running is out of the question. That means that Friday could be a long run at at least 11.5 miles after work. Ugh.

ReplyDeleteSeriously - I hear you on this week...I have not had a good month thus far, but I am doing my best to hit my 100 miles for the month - so Friday and Saturday are sure to suck!
